Long time watcher, first time writer! Anyway, after you froze Captain Hammer, you could've just shot your death ray in the air a few times to scare everyone away and skip the song "Slipping" then walk up to Captain Hammer and shoot him. Then maybe Penny wouldn't have died. Though the watchers would miss the epic-ness of one of the best songs in the whole musical, the love of your life may still be alive and you'd still have gotten into the Evil League of Evil.
